League Champions in Junior Bowling
The "Fairladies" won the league title in the Zurich
Junior Bowling League, during the season just completed,
and were presented with their trophies at the banquet last
Thursday night in the Dominion Hotel. Left to right are

Shower Held For
Bride - Elect
A miscellaneous shower was
held Saturday evening, April
23, at the home of Mrs. Norman
Fleischauer, for Miss Shirley
Flaxbard, Woodstock.
Misses Marion Fleischauer
and Ruth Ann Flaxbard were
hostesses to 50 friends and rel-
atives. The ladies enjoyed
some games and contests.
Miss Joan MeNall, Fergus,
cousin of the bride-to-be, read
the address. Shirley was then
presented with numerous beau-
tiful and useful gifts by Kim
and Kathy Cooper, Exeter, and
Brenda Bell, BIyth, after which
she gave a fitting reply. A
delicious lunch was served.
