r(By Press Correspondent)
TO BE KEPT IN MIND
It will cheer the Ontario pro-
hibitionists on their way if they
keep Premier E. C. Drury's words
•in mind;—
"One of our first administrative
duties must be' fearlessly and ef-
fectively to enforce the will of th,
l,eopie as expressed in the eec-
eat prohibition referendum. With
that mandate I am personally L
thev'ough accord and sympathy.
We must see to it that it has et-
fective enforcement. It may be
that it will be found that there are
loopholes or defects in the lav
which render it difficult to enforce.
11. su it. Will' be our duty to cor-
rect them."
