A Female Bluebeard.
Paris, April 22.-A female Blue -
beard has just eluded the French
police, taking away all the records
of her eight marriages, and her
clever suppression of her husbands.
The mysterious disappearance of
the husbands of the jolly, buxom
hostess of a small inn at Cluchy
caused the people of that place to
wonder. But especial suspicion
was :aroused recently when she
married a lad of 18 years, who had
been a boarder, without getting a
divorce from her preceding hus-
band. The authorities went to
arrest the couple, but they got
wind of it and escaped.
Papers found showed that the
little woman had been married
eight times in different towns, but
had never been. divorced. The dis-
appearances of her husbands had
never been explained, but suspicion
had never been aroused. before.
Now, if the police succeed in dis-
covering the woman inn -keeper it
is thought that an astounding ser-
ies of crimes will be unfolded.

The power of the $ is exemplified in many ways.
By accumulated capital great projects are carried out.
The dollar, or in other words, accumulated labor, is the

religious progression. We exemplify its power by offer-

No need to point out the advantages of spending your
money at D. S. Faust's. Facts, not fiction,, is what we
base our claims upon. There's not a dollar you have to
spend in any line but what can be spent here to advantage.
