For the past five or sit years
small stretches of cement walks
have been laid down in town, and
as the old board walks are fast
giving out some scheme will have
to be devised to renew them all
next season. We believe that 15
or 20 year debentures snould be
issued for the remaining walks,
otherwise our yearly tax rate will
become so heavy that it will be, a
burden on our citizens The Vii -
