On Thersday evening, May 3,ist,
a most nu:1and:01y accident :befell
Bruee, the two-year-old son of Mr,
and Airs, Fleming Ballagli, while do-
ing up the evening chores the child-
ren were playing in the yard as usual,
the little tot took his wagon and wan-
dered opt to the road, nothing was
thought about it as he was in the hab-
it of going to Mr. ,james Fleming's
next door. When it was discovered
he was not there, a search was made
in a short time, his little lifeless body
was found in the creek in front of Me,
Fieming's, The fence preventing the
body from going farther down the
stream. It is thought while going
over the bridge, the wagon which was
a considerable heavy one for such a
little chap, went off, taking hiin with
it, ,the water here being quite deep..
When picked up he was simne distance
from the scene of the accident. The
funerttl on Saturday afternoon was a
large one, service being conducted at
the house and grave by Rev, McKen-
zie assisted by Rev. Me'Tavish. Mrs.
McKenzie rendered a solo, "Sometime
We'll Understand." The floral tri-
butes were beautiful, silently express-
ing the sympathy to the sorrowing
parents, little brothers and sister. The
pall bearers were, Willie Baird, Lloyd
Weishar, jitranie McNeil and Carl
Douglas. Little Brnee ,was a special
favorite, he wilTnot ofilY be Missed in
