NOTICE TO CREDITORS
In the matter of the estate of David
Gibson late of the Township of Kin-
loss in the County of Bruce, Laborer,
deceased.
Notice is hereby given that all per-
sons having any. claims or demands
against the late David Gibson, who
died on or about the twentieth day of
August, A. D. 1925 at the Town' of
Walkerton in 'the County of Bruce,
are required to send by post prepaid
or deliver to the undersigned, execu-
tor under the will of the said David
'Gibson, their names and addresses and
full particulars in writing of their
.claims and .the nature of the,security,
if any, held by them, duly verified by
affidavit.
And take notice that after the
".'Twenty-seventh day of October, A,D.
1925 the said executor will proceed to
distribute the assets of the said de-
ceased among the persons entitled
thereto, having regard only to the
claims of which he shall then have
had notice, and will not be liable for
the said assets or any part thereof to
any 'person of whose claim he shall
not then have received notice.

Culross. He was agreeably surprised
when having supper on the evening
of Tuesday; Sept. 22nd., to find a nice
dish of fresh picked raspberries in
front of his plate.
