on Sunday.

Died Feb. 15 at the home of her
brother-in-law, Mr. John Heffron,
Miss Johanna Gaynor, aged 59 years.
Service was held in the R. C. church
Tuesday morning. Interment at
Brussels R. C. Cemetery.
Sacrament of the Lord's, - Supper
was administered in St. Andrew's
Church to a large . congregation on
Sunday,
Mrs, Maloy of Detroit, formerly
Katie Lynett, called on old friends in
the village recently also Tony' Keiffer
of the West.

Obituary -A highly respected resi-
dent passed away, Thursday morning
in the person of Miss Hariett. Pipe.
Since breaking up house keeping in
the village, .Miss Pipe has made her
home with her niece Mrs. Jdhn Inglis
Carrick, who has the sympathy of a
large circle of friends having lost fa-
ther, husband and aunt in three mon-
ths. The funeral was held Saturday
afternoon to McIntosh Cemetery.
:Service being held in the Church by
!Rev. McKenzie, deceased leaves one
sister in Brussels, one in Galt, and
one brother, all who were present at
the funeral.

WROXETER
A much respected citizen passed
away last Friday,, morning in the per-
son of Mr. Wm. Hazelwood, after a
short illness, He was in his 79th
year and had been aresident of
Wroxeter for over 40 years. He lea-
ves a widow, 4 daughters and 2 sons
to mourn his loss. The funeral
which was largely attended took place
Sunday afternoon to Wroxeter ceme-
tery.
