How to wash, iron and fold damask. Leslie Hethering- ton led in a discussion on Vegetables and the best methods of cooking them, in order to retain all the health properties contained in vegetables. This discussion was very helpful, Mrs. Stanley Gallahar gave a very clear, concise account of the District annual meeting stressing the points brought out in the address given by Mrs. Hayes, the Government speak- er. After some community singing and the National Anthem the hostess served refreshments, assisted by Mrs. Robt, McKinnon. Mr. and Mrs. R. B.
