Once more I am .going to give
you a few meat recipes. I believe
we all have the habit of neglecting
something "new" in meat dishes,
possibly be•ause we feel that a
neat dish of any kind satisfies the
appetite and we jest adhere to a
daily or weekly routine. •
I'll begin. with a few hints about
the storing of neat, Which we would.
all do well to study. These are
given out by the Department of
Agriculture, Ottawa, and are most
helpful.
Proper Storing
1. Unwrap, at once. Wrapping -
