MUCH SNOW HAS FALLEN DURING FEBRUARY Provincial, county and municipal snowplows are all a.t work clearing roads. February has been marked by a series of storms which filled in highways almost as soon as they 'were cleared. The snow has become piled so high along country roads that only the more powerful types of 'plow make much headway. Rural mail 'drivers in many sections were unable to make their rounds for several days. It is reported the plows have done good work opening roads where there has been special nec1Asity due to sickness or emergency. BORN FEW. -Mr. and Mrs. L. G. A. FNw, 1210 Davenport ltd..
