that no dogs shall be allowed to run at large in the Town of
Seaforth during the.months .of May, June, July and August.
Under authority of By -Law #'111 for , the Town of
Seaforth any dogs so found running at large contrary to
this Proclamation shall be liable to be killed and the
owner or harbourer prosecuted.

the past 'two weeks as a result of
fracturing her hip. Miss Craig is at
present in a very serious condition.
