stating that he would abide by all

grant T. Chuter a permit toerect
gasoline pumps. providing he abides.

and that this permit be transferable
only with the permission 'of the

luncheon was served at the home of
the bride's parents amidst roses
and fern. For a trip to Muskoka,

Township of Tuckersmith
A By -Law to provide for a curfew in the
Township of Tuekersmith.
WHEREAS, numerous, complaints have been
received by the Council of. the Township of
Tuekersmith in regard to children being on
the .streets of the Village of Egmondville
after nine o'clock in the evening contrary
to the R.S.O. 1927, Ch. 279, Sec. 15.
AND WHEREAS, considerable vandalism and
damage have been -caused bythe said
children.
AND WHEREAS, the Councils of the said
Township of Tuckeremith are of the
opinion that action' should be taken to cor-
rectthis situation.
THEREFORE, be it enacted and it is hereby
enacted
TIIAT. all children 16 years of age and under
mon be off thestreets by the hour of nine
clock in the afternoon from April 1st to
October 1st and by the hour of eight
o'clock in the afternoon from October lit
to April 1st, unless accompanied by a Par-
ent or guardian or an adult appointed by
the parents or guardian M accompany such
child.
