The thieves succeeded in transporting
their valuable loot nut of Hensall

CONSTANCE.
Kinburn 1, Chesley O.—Kinburn tied
the score for the round on Friday
night in a clean, snappy game of,
football, Chesley thav'ing defeated
them .Wednesday evening, by a score
of 3-2. The play-off 'has not been
deoided on yet. The 'winner will pos-
sibly .play Brantford. During the
first 10 minutes 'Chesley, put on a
bold front, determined to lengthen
their goal lead, but they didn't know
the stuff in .our Kinburn boys 'by a
long shot. Our boys. dug in and
rushed elle Chesley goal, 'Leo Steven-
son carrying the ball down through
Chesley line and before the crowd
were aware had lcieked a clear goal.
Kiinburn's ire was up, and'from theti
on through the rest of'the game the
ball saw little df the home goal.
!Chesley played chiefly a back game
against the Kinburn rushes. Every
few minutes 'the skirmishes around
Chesley goal kept the game lively for
Kinburn was then trying to break
the tie. Though the Senior W.K.A.
team just lost out with Brussels by a
couple of points in the -series, Rin -
'burn boys have again trade a good
record in football this year, the Jun-
ior team being: Goal, W. Dennis;
backs, Fred Armstrong, 13ob.Dodds;
half backs—right wing, Harvey Tay-
lor; left wing, 'Leo Stevenson; centre
half, Harold Snell; forwards, r.'w. out-
sideJohn 'Armstrong; inside Nornratt
Geddes; I.w, outside, Willis Dundas;
inside, Torrance Dundas; centre, Al-
vin :Dale.. 'Frank Kelly, of Listowel;
was referee. The 'game was witness-
ed by a large crowd of Chesley peon
ple as well as from the local fans.
