Three serious accidents marred the
success of the day; The side -car of
a motorcycle broke away from the
machine during the races, travelling
at sixty miles an hour and threw the
two occupants out. One bit a small
shrub tree and was uninjured, The
other, however, Nigel Edward Eason,
aged 20 years, Of Stratford, was pitch-
ed into a wire fence end suffered in-
juries to: his head, from which he died
in Goderieh hospital 'on Tuesday,
A second motorcycle 'failed to take
a turn, and the driver was injured.
A daring young lad was injured

Take the lark, for instance, as it
rises from the meadow pouring forth
from its tiny throat a flood of richest
melody. Up it goes, singing, ever
singing. We watch it as it; soars away,
into the blue, higher than everr rose

well imagine that its music mingles

But listen; the song is louder; the
singer must be conning back to earth.
