Cummings. After that date summonses through the Court will be issued to the owner or harborers of dogs not having licenses. All dogs must wear license tags. KIPPEN The Kippen East Instituto' held annual picnic on Thursday afternoon at the Seaforth Lions Park. Supper was served at 630 to about 80 mem- bers and friends and their families.
