A wedding of interest was sol-
emnized in the Holy Cross Ro-
man Catholic Church, London,
on Saturday, July 23, at 10 A.M.,
when Mary Ellen Kelly, daugh-
ter of Mr. and Ml's. John S. Kelly,
29 Queenston Crescent, London,
exchanged marriage vows with
Patrick Joseph Feeney of Till-
sonburg, son of Mrs. Maty Feeney
of Dublin. Rt. Reverend J. A. Fee-
ney, untie of the groom, officiated
for the ceremony.
Soloist Robert P. Smith, Belle-
ville,
ello-ville, brother-in-law of the groom,
sang "On This Day", "Ave Mar-
ia", "Mother at thy feet is Kneel-
ing" and "Pants Angelicas", ac-
companied by Mrs. Wright,
Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the lovely young bride chose
a floor length gown of "Norgan-
za" fashioned with au empire cut
bodice, which featured a portrait
neckline touched with sequined
Chantilly lace, hand clipped flow-
ers and lily -point sheath sleeves.
The princess line of the skirt was
enhanced with a lovely bouffant
skirt, giving way to a sweeping[
chapel train. Tho bouffant skirt,
which extended to a V in tho
back, to match the back neckline,
was topped with matching lace
flowers. Her flowing full circular
petal edged veil of silk illusion
with sequin stars adorned a new
and flattering coronet styled
crown of Chantilly lace encircled
with tulle and highlighted with
sequins, and she carried a cascade
bouquet of roses and stopltanotis.
Mrs. Richard Doyle, 43 Hughes
street, St, Thomas, was matron
of honor, Mrs. Fred •Overdulve,
Hamilton, and Miss Jo Anne
Mundy, Brantford, were brides-
maids. All were gowned alike in
cocktail length, Copenhagen blue
sills organza. The skirt was of a
bouffant style while the bodice
introduced is portrait neckline
caught in the front by a match.
Jug rose. The portrait neckline
was of pure sillsnylon organza
over delicate Chantilly lace and
they w010 matching bow head-
pieces. They carried white and
pints carnations (Crescents).
Patricia Smith, London, niece
of the bride, was flower girl. She
wore a white nylon dross with
