MURRAY Tho death occurred suddenly in Seaforth on Friday evening of Mr. Nial W, Murray, 60, of Mad- eira, California, while on a visit Isere, Mr, Murray had arrived on Monday, having driven alone from California to visit his sister, Mrs. . Elliott Walters, Market street, They had planned leaving on Sa- turday for a holiday at Lions Head, The deceased was a native of Tuckersmitle township, being a son of the late Mr. and Mrs, John Murray. He served over- seas in World War I with the Princess Patricia Regiment, After the war he went to the West where he had since lived. Mr, Murray had been in the banking business for it number of years but hacl been living retired lately. His wife predeceased him a num- ber of years ago. He is survived by a step son, Wendell Scott, of California, and one sister, Mrs. Elliott Walters, Seaforth. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. A short service was conducted at the Box funeral chapel on Sat- urday at 1 pin, by Rev. J. 0, Brit- ton and the remains were sent by the afternoon train to Seattle, Wash„ for burial, bering me. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of St, James' 'Roman Catholic Church, amember of the Catholic Women's League, the Altar Society, of the Propagation of Faith, Requiem High Mass was sung by Rev.
