The accident occurred its the
result of a collision between the
Bolger cal' and a car th'I('en by
Stewart McGillivray or Holyr'ond,
driver of the second car. Mrs, Bol-
ger died at the time of the acci-
dent and Rosemarie clued in Viet -
aria ilospita'l, London, Saturday,
Mrs, James Bolger'daughter-
in-law of Mrs.Harry Bolger, was
taken to hospital With deep lacer-
ations, injured knees and shock.
Stewart ;McGillivray suffered a
fraotured leg and cuts to his face,
,Mrs. Bolger, 60, was the -former
Elva Pearl Richmond, daughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell
Richmond, and since her marriage
about 31 years ago had lived in
Grey township. She was a member
of St. George's Anglican Church,
Walton. Surviving besides her
husband are one son, James, of
Grey twp„ a daughter, Mrs. Gor-
don (Marilyn) Engle, of Cram.

daughter. One brother, Nelson
Richmond, predeceased her.
Her daughter, Rosemarie Bol-
ger was in her 21st year. She was
a graduate of Seaforth District
High School and was a school
teacher at SS 10, Culross -

Aninquest will be held into the
death of the mother of two child-
ren who was killed just before
noon on Tuesday 11/.1 miles east
of Dublin, The car lu which site
was riding collided head-on with
a farm tractor.
Mrs. Madeleine Masters, 44,
was a passenger in a car driven
by her husband, Vernon Masters,
52, of Port Credit. The accident
occurred on highway 8.
Driver of the farm tractor,
Gerald Jesting, 16, RR 3 Mitchell,
was shaken up, but able to go
home after the accident. He is
the sou of Mr. anti Mrs, Frank
Jesting, of Logan.
Josling's tractor, which was
pulling a hay baler, is understood
to have stalled on the highway
as it was making a left turn to
go north, He sat helpless while
the car bore down on him.
Mrs, W. Kastner, a nurse who
lives nearby, attended the dead
woman at the scene.
The woman's husband suffered
a leg injury.
Blitz Results

the Blitz for World Refugee Year
held in May. The total represents

The death occurred in Scot(
Tonsorial Hospital Wednesday
evening, June 92, of Mrs. James
,loves in her 86th year, follow-
ing five weeks' illness. Born in
London, England, she was form-
erly Louisa 7-Iay and range to this
eountry at the age of seven. She
was married to Geo, Thomas Bel -
gin, who predeceased her, In
1922 she was married to James
,Tones and came to Seaforth in
1942, She was a member of St,
James' Church, C.W,L„ and The
League of the Sacred Heart, Be.
sides her husband she is survived
by a daughter and a son; Mrs.
Charles Lovett, Seaforth, and
,Tack Jones, .Morin Heights, Que-
bec; also 11 grandchildren and
one great grandchild. The funer-
al was held from the G. A. Whit-
ney Funeral Tlome to St, Jaunes'
Church, Seaforth, on Saturday
morning, June 2311i, Rey, C. Sulli-
van officiated. Intermenit was in
St. James' Cemetery, The pall-
bearers were Tommy, Jimmy and
Carl Lovett, F. Reynolds, H. Ma-
Loney and Verdun Rau.

their 50th wedding anniversary,

ed to the village of Egmondville
where Mr. Finnigan was a popu-
lar general merchant for 35 years,
until his retirement ten years
ago,
Mr. Finnigan is a native of Ash-
field, the eldest son of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Finnigan
Mrs, Finnigan is the former Jean-
nette Mackay, a daughter of the
late Mr, and Mrs. Alexander Mac-
kay of Tuckei'smith.
Five sons and four daughterswere hone with their families to
observe the anniversary. There
are 96'grandchildren andone
great grandchild,
