Mrs. Milton Russell.
Mrs. Catharine Hed'den and Herb
are holidaying with relatives in Ham-
ilton and St. Catharines.
Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Mickle, Bill,
Betty, Charles and Bob were in
Ridgetown Friday attending the fun-
eral of the former's father, Mr. Geo.
L. Mickle.
Little .Geraldine Parker, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Parker, suf-
fered a painful accident while at-
tending a picnic in Goderich Park,
when she slipped on the steps to the
beach and severely cut her leg on .a
bolt which was protruding in the
structure. Geraldine was removed to
Goderich Hospital where the wound
was dressed. She will be confined to
hospital for a few days.

dine and Mr. and Mrs. Donaldson of
London visited at the home of Mrs.
Annie Saundercock recently.

lowing a two weeks' illness. She was
the former Frances Reynolds, daugh-
ter of the late 'Mr, and Mrd. Tienl'y
Reynolds. She was born in Hensali
and lived here until she went West
in 1943. She was a member of St.
Paul's Anglican Church and a choir
member for many years. She is sur-
vived by her sister. Mrs. Demoriste,
Regina. The remains will be brought
here and services held in St. Paul's
Anglican Church, burial in family
plot at Hensall Union Cemetery.

BLUEVALE
The Scott family here have receiv-
ed word of the death of their cousin,
Adam A. Isbister at his home in Tor-
onto. Mr. 'Isbister was born on the
2nd Concession of Morris township
the youngest son of the late Mr. and
Mrs. ''William Isbister. He attended
the Stone School and Wingham
high school and became a school
teacher which profession he had fol-
lowed in Toronto for many years. He
taught until Easter when ill health
caused his resignation from the
teaching staff.
He is survived by his wife and a
grown-up son and daughter. Mrs. C.
H. Germs, Seaforth; Mrs. 3. H. Mil-
ler, Belgrave; Mrs. E. B. Jenkins,
Bluevale road and Miss 'Christine Is-
bister, Wingham, are sisters. Burial
took place in Toronto on Saturday.
