Another step in the improvement of telephone
service in Seaforth was completed last week,
when a new switchboard went into operation.
This extension will mean better, faster telephone
service, and will enable us to furnish individual
lines for some party line customers.
The expansion and improvement of Seaforth's
telephone system is part of our large-scale
ponstruction program. designed to provide more
and better service — bigger value — for all who
use the telephone. Today, there are half a
million more Bell telephones than there were
four years ago . . . and service has improved
steadily.
Our goal is the best possible telephone service for
all who want it, when and where they Want it.
