The following points were considered: We were not unanimous in the choice of features for a successful forum. The majority felt that without these fea- tures new members would not join end the old members would drift away. At a forum we learn proper behaviour; there is a time to listen and a time to discuss opinions. Then you learn to respect the opinions of others and express your own opin- ions most effectively. Our forum as a group has never worked with other groups, we are not over -organized. Most games, Mrs, Oliver Anderson, Mrs. Geo. Hoggart. Lone hands, Mrs. Geo. But after all you cannot help it, When drunk your ears are dulled and you 'cannot hear yourself or the voices of others clearly, Naturally you shout or yell, just as deaf folks are inclined to do. Many thousands of drunks have done just that, Your walk too 3s not natural. It is a stagger, aimless and uncertain.
