The death of Stuart Watson
Evans occurred in Toronto Gen-
eral Hospital on Monday, July 21.
In failing health for the past two
years his condition gradually be-
came more serious, Stuart Evans
was born on Nov. 8, 1913 on the
14th con. of Grey twp where he
lived his entire life. He attended
Cranbrook Presbyterian Church.
Stuart was the only son of Mr.
and Mrs, Lynn Evans, Cran-
brook, Grey twp. He married in
1936 the former Grace Perdue of
Walton. Besides his wife he

The funeral was held on Wed.
nesday, July 23, from the D. A.
Rann funeral home, Brussels.
Rev. W. A. Williams and Mr. C.
L. Thompson officiated.
The pallbearers were Stuart
McNair, Graeme McDonald, Ken-
neth"McDonald, Mac McIntosh,
Murray Iduether and Calvin Cam-
eron. Fiowerbearers: Alex Steles,
Oscar Dgcharme, Gordon Engel,,
Glenn }blether, Jack Knight and
Louis Blake. Floral tributes were
many and beautiful. Interment
was- in Brussels Cemetery.

and Atwood.
