Mary Immaculate Murray and
Elden Theodore Doering. The
bride is the daughter of Mrs.
Margaret Murray, Seaforth, and
the late James Murray, and the
bridegroom is the son of Mrs.
Emma Doering, New Hamburg,
and the late Mr. Doering, Rev. i.
I. Williams celebrated nuptial
mass and Hugh McGillivray play-
ed the wedding march and ac-
companied Stephen Day as he
sang "Ave Maria," "0 Lord I am
Not Worthy" and "pn This Day
0 Beautiful Mother." Given in
marriage by her' brother, Frank
Murray, Seaforth, the bride wore
a sleeveless waltz -length gown of
white nylon net over taffeta, fea-
turing d'- sabrina neckline. Her
shoulder -length pearl -studded veil
fell from a Juliet cap embroider-
ed with mother of pearl rhine-
stones, and she carried a cascade
of Sweetheart roses, white feath-
ered carnations, and stephanotis -

St., was matron of honor, wearing
a waltz -length sleeveless gown of
sapphire blue tiered net over taf-
feta with matching bolero and
headdress. She carried a'colonial
nosegay of Lestra Hibberd roses
tinted blue and pinocchio
silver basket of white enapdrag
ons and pink carnations. For tra-
velling to points in Northern On-
tario, the bride chose a white and
mint green duster With white ac-
cessories and a corsage of Lestra
Hibberd rocas. On their return,
the couple will reside at 65 Blake
St., Stratford. Guests were pre-
sent' froni Stratford, Seaforth;
Preston, Teeswarter, Hespeler and
New Hamburg, Kinkora, Galt,
Toronto.

with the Staffa Y.P.S. members
as their guests held a weiner
roast at Nairn's beach on Satur-
day evening.
The annual community picnic
was held at No. 6 School on Wed.
evening. Lunch was served cafe-
teria style followed with sports.
The program opened with com-
munity singing led by the teach-
er, Miss Campbell. Readings and
songs were also given by the pup-
ils. Miss Campbell, whose mar-
riage takes place shortly was
presented with a gift from the
section, Mrs. T. L. Scott reading
the address and Sharen and Kar-
en Scott presenting the gift.
Parting gifts were also presented
to Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Storey, who
were leaving the community to
reside in London. The address
was read by Mervin Dow and
John Wallace and Wesley Russell
presented the gifts.

AUXILIARY
The June meeting of the Bar-
bara Kirkman Auxiliary of First
Presbyterian Church was held in
the church school room with the
President, Mrs. W: 0. Johnston,
presiding. Mrs. Johnston opened
the meeting with a poem "Give
me an Understanding Heart".

which followed it was announced
that the July meeting will be in
the form of a potluck picnic

ed the members of their Blessing
Boxes which will be collected in
the Fall

ing. Mrs. F. Swale read the scrip-
ture and Mrs. K. Sharp offered

Marketing plan will be held on Friday, July 25th.
Polls will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., local time.
A list of voters is being prepared by your Municipal Clerk. If
you are a hog producer make sure your name is listed. Remember
you must vote in the Towrtf3bip in which you reside.
The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Board has directed a
letter to all producers on the voters' list. If you have not
received a letter, check to make certain you are registered. '

for the location of your polling booth.
