ents and school children of S.S. No.
0, McKillop, gathered at the 9chooil in
the afternoon and presented their tea-
cher, Mr. Archie Hoggarth, with a
brush set in zipper case. The ladies
served refreshments. 'Afterwards va-
rious sports were enjoyed. The ad-
dress was read by Mr. Robert Mc-
Millan and the 'presentation made by
Misses Joyce Hugill and Maxine Mc -

uncle, Frank Carroll, in Toronto. He
was a boxer and all round athlete for-

was solemnized at 10.130 Saturday
morning, June 19th, at the home of
Rev. W. A. Bremner of :Seaforth,
when Mary Isabella, only daughter of
Mrs, Walker and the late Tames
Walker of Clinton, (became the bride
of Thomas ,Frank Wilson of .Goder-
ich. The bride looked charrniag in a
dress of powder blue chiffon with
white accessories and carrying a bou-
quet of pink roses. The bridesmaid,
Miss Jessie Walker, of Mitchell, wore
blire•chiffon' and carried a bouquet of
pink carnations. Mr. James A. 'Walk-
er, brother of the bride, was best man.
Following the .ceremony the company
repaired to the home of the 'bride's
mother where a delightful wedding
dinner was served. The groom's gift
to the bride was a .beautiful set of sit.,
verware, to 'the bridesmaid, a pretty
cameo pin, and to the best man a gold
watch chain. The happy couple left
an a motor trip to North Bay and
Noranda and on their return they will
reside in Clinton. The bride was re-
cipient of many beautiful gifts from
her many friends and relatives.

The Earle reunion picnic was held

3rd Friday in lune after which all
sing "Should Auld Acquaintance be
Forgot."

Miss Phyllis Manning is holidaying

Gardiner and 'Eleanor left for their
new charge at Egmonclville. on Tues-
day. They shall be greatly missed in

induction of Mr. Menzies will take
