Clinton Night On The Air
After three months, Clinton is to
have another broadcast this Saturday
night. The Home Station is bring-
ing its popular OXNX Rani Dance
program' to be put on•iu Clinton Town
Hall, Aug, 2.
That town folk as well as those
from the surrounding district still get
a real kick out of the "old-time" mus-
ic is attested by the large crowds
that have attended the broadcasts
every three months since they began
last fall.
Clark Johnson and his fellow en-
tertainers have promised an enjoyable
hour and a half's show for the sum-
mer broadcast from Clinton.
CKNX decided a month ago not to
increase the admission prices for the
broadcast, the station absorbing the
war -time amusement tax instead of
adding it on.
