The' Blyth Standard last vieek eel-

lusty youngster and we wish it many
more years of health end happiness,
'It is only a youngster, of course, to
papers which are getting on toward
fifty.
On the'aront page of The Hants
-journal, a paper tpublished at Wind-
sor, Nova 'Scotia, a paper which sup -
.ported the defeated Liberal Govern-'
Mont, carried a heading, just beside
the election results; admonishing peo-
ple to "Eat more fish." Was it a
gentle' hint that the brain power of
the Nova Scotia is on the wane?
The terrible tragedy which hap-
pened* at St. Thomas...Monday when
.seven thildren and one adult were
drowned when a pleasure boat bank in
Pinafore Lake with a Sunday school
picnic party, is another reminder that
people cannot be too careful where
• water is concerned. The season of
1925 has already had an exeeptiolially
large number of drowning aceidents.
