Miss Viola Wheeler is visiting
friends in Detroit.
The regular meeting of the W.M.
S. was held in the school room of the
church. In the absence of the pi•ed.i-
dent, Mns. Neil McGregor ably fil-
led the chair. The meeting opened
with singing of a hymn and prayer
and Bible reading, St. John 1. Mrs.
Hazel Wood then took charge of the
meeting. The topic for the day, The
Missionary Leaflet, the following
members taking part, Mrs. Clifton,
Mrs. Hazelwood, Mrs. A. McQueen,
Mrs. Brock, Mrs. J. Watson, Mrs,
Tough, Mrs. Neil McGregor gave an
interesting report on Statistics taken
from the annual report and Miss E.
Bowey read a poem by the editor
of the annual report.
Miss Bowey offered her home for
the birthday meeting Which is to be
held next month. After singing of a
hymen the meeting was brought to a
clone by repeating the Mispah bene-
diction.
