Clinton Council of •Churches met
-onWednesday, November 5, in the
church parlor of Wesley -Willis Unit-
ed' Church with Rev. W. J, Woolfrey
presiding. As it was the annual meet-
:ing, officers were elected for the
naming year, Rev. E. R. Stanway,
Prueefleld, was elected president, and
Rev. P. 'G.",Stotesbnry, Bayfield, was
re-elected sedretary-treasurer.
A program committee was appoint-
ed for the year and an hour of very
profitable discussion was carried on.
LEGION AUXILIARY
The Ladies' Auxiliary to the Cann-
dian Legion will hold its regular
meeting in the Legion Homme, Monday,
November 10, at 8.15 p.m, The ladies
are asked to meet at 10.30 a.m., Sun'
