The July meeting' of the W1VIS of
Iiaiox United, Church was held at the

Decoration Service
Friends were present from Goder-
lch, 'Tavistock, Ild'erton, Brussels,
Clinton, Blythand surrounding dis-
trict for the annual decoration ser-
vice of,Ballps cemetery. The service
took place in the little brick church
on the cemetery grounds, ,and was
conducted by Rev. C. C. Anderson,
paster of the Baptist church. Ker.
H. J. Snell read) the senipture lesson,
and offered prayer. .Ma. Andersen
spoke on "Remembrance," using as
his text Deuterononty 8-2 He play-
ed glowing tribute to the pioneers,
and urged his listeners to follow
their example of honesty, uprightness
and integrity. Mas. R. J. Phillips
was accompanist for the serviee.
