The officers of the Clinton branch officiated at the initiation of two new members, 'Comrades Ball- and Haynes, into Blyth Branch. Mr. Thompson gave an inep3ring and educational address regarding the Legion aims and work, At the close of his address he presented the charter of Blyth branch to Dr. Kil- patrick, who expressed his apprecia- tion of the guidance Mr. Thompson had given in his address.
