Negotiating the tracks proved quite a difficult job. * * • No one was injured but some dam- age was done to both cars when an auto driven by Ernest Zehr, Shake- speare,drove into the rear end of a ear driven by Clifford Jenkins, Clin- ton,Sunday. The old pier is to be surrounded by steel sheet piling and sapped with concrete, the engineer explained, The job will require 17,000 square feet of sheet steel and 1,000 cubic yards of concrete.
