Mr. and cell's. Charles Berry moved
last week to John E Iloward's house
on Louisa Street. Mr. and Mrs. Reg.
Francis have taken up residence in
their home on Main St., vacated by
Mr. and Mrs. Berry.
Goes to Chicago
Airs. Lorne Cook and Lewis, came
last Friday to spend some time with
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis M
Day, "Hightop." Lorne Cook, who
also was here over the weekend, left
on Monday for Chicago to take the
position of general' manager of the
eetail derision' of Major Greeting
Cards seeps. He was formerly with
the Kresge Company and was man-
ager of a downtown store in Toronto,
when he resigned to join the Major
Greeting Cards. '•
Huron Church Camp News
The firet camp of 175 aged 9-12
years (e6 bees and 89 girls) left on
Monday morning after a glorious 10
days at the new Anglican Church
camp site on Bluewater Highway,
Stanley Township.
The staff was, as follows: Dean,
Rev. J. Graham; Camp Mother, Mies
Graham; kitchen staff, Mrs. Dowling,
Mrs. Hohnes'Mrs. Pox, Mary Simms;
dining hall, Mrs. Mark and Eleanor
Swan; nurse, Miss Fowler, London;
sports, Bill Peters; instruction in
Prayer book, handicraft lied first aid,
Rev. John Davidge, Daphne Clare,
Jackon Harding, Margaret Salkeld;
sing -songs, Phyllis Middleton and
Monica Graham; tuck shop, Billy
Buchanan; in charge of tents, Phillip
Calder; life guard, Carol Lamb.
There were three swimming per-
iods, ball tournament, *there, volley
ball, croquet and table tennis.
A masquerade was held on Tuesday
evening and on Thursdey evening, a
concert; the other eyenhigs. were
spent around a cernp/ fire. On Sat-
urday aftensocee 118 children, in
charge of the camp mother, hiked up
the beach and- visited the village
stores.
The second Oaten oommeneed on
Monday afternoon, for children aged
13-15 yeses, of age.

One hundred and four happy young
girls,' moved into Stratzford Rotary
Club's •Camp, Kitchigand, north of
Rayfield, Saturday. As the eels
moved in, close to 100 boys moved
out, having completed their two-week
vacation. The girls' camp concludes
July 27. ,

Walther, Mitchell, camp nurse. The
physical proeram is conducted by
ss Muriel Cook and the handicrafts

Sidewalk to be 3 feet Wide with a minimum thick-
ness of 4 inches and blocked every 3 feet; construct-
ed of good clean gravel and Portland Cement in
proportion of one part cement and five parts gravel.
Tenders to include all materials and labour, and con-
