It was a clean, hard match, with no 'Penalties marring the play. Colts were noticeably short on con- dition and practise, one or two not having worn skates before this season. Lions Midgets Win At Wingham 6-3 Coached by Doug Bartliff, Clinton Lions played their first snatch in the WOAA Midget hockey series in Wingham Tues- day evening and won. a 6-3 victory. Winghem led at the end of the first period 2-1 and Clinton at the end of the second, 4-2. Between them, Cameron and Clare Maltby scored all Clinton's goals, and -shared the assists. One Wingham player was penalized, but the Clinton kids escaped the hoosegow.
