A beautiful Autumn day was
ideal for the United Church an-

Sunday, Oct. 14, long before the
hour of service people were seen
wending their way to the church
which was well filled. Rev. W.
Proctor, Teeswater, was the guest
minister, a very able speaker.
His remarks were based on the
"Lord's Prayer.' His text at the
morning service being a portion
of the Lord's Prayer, "Hallowed
Be Thy Name"; in the evening
the text was "Thy Kingdom
Come".
A well filled choir sang an
anthem both morning and even-
ing, and Mr. Charles Malcom,
Munro, favored with a pleasing
solo in the morning and evening.
A trio: Mrs. Allan Shaddick, Miss
Gail Manning end Mrs. Clare
Vincent, also rendered two fine
selections, with Mrs. Brenton at
the organ. All of which added
greatly to the services.
The church was nicely decor-
