Since her husband's death, Mrs. Baines had resided in Wiarton, and with her daughter in Barrie and Clinton, moving to Clinton in July 1946, and residing in Clinton until her death. Surviving are one daughter, Margaret, Mrs. R. S. Atkey, Clin- ton; and one sister, Mrs. E. Rus- sell Forrest, Bloomingdale, Mich.
