Recount'in Goderich Ups Mayor's Margin An official 'recount of ballots cast for mayor of Goderich in the December 12 municipal el- ections, increased the majoilety of J. E. Huokins from a one - vote to a 19 vote lead over his oppoment, W. J. Baker. The recount, held before Hur- on County Judge T. M. Costello, gave Huckins 825 votes, Braker 806.
