Collegiate Commencement
It is a must with us because we
always enjoy it so ... As usual,.
there was a . widely varied pro-
gram which held t 11' a interest of
/ C
the spectators for over two hours
The many highlights in-
cluded four numbers by the
Collegiate choir --always a fav-
orite—a demonstration of gym-
nastic
m-
nastic skills; graceful dancing by
six groups of girls ... The CDCI
Syinphonettes, a mysterious group
of, internationally famous music-
ians who brought the house down
with Their , hilarious interpreta-
tion bf such famous classical
airs as a "Bicycle Built for Two"
and "Jeannie with the Light
Brown Heir" . . A short one -
act play, well, acted, concluded
the program .. This was done
without benefit of scenery and
the use of much imagination . .
It was amusing . Ruth Clarke
