Orr and Miss ;Peg Orr, Stratford, occup- ied their cottage on Bayfield Terrace over the weekend. Mrs. Brown and son, the Very Reverend R. C. Brown, Dean of Huron, were the guests of Rev. and Mrs. LaVerne Morgan on Sunday. Mrs. John Wallace, Oakville, left on Monday, to visit in Clin- ton after having spent a few days with Mrs, J. It Cobb. Mrs. R. H. Peck, Mrs. Douglas Varty and daughter, Barbara, London, are spending'a fortnight at their cottage, "Belle Vue." Mr. Varty was also with them over the weekend. Mrs. Beverly Beaton, Jr., and baby daughter returned to their home in Goderich on Monday af- ter having spent several weeks with her paernts, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bell. B. Beaton, Jr., was also' with them over the week- end. Miss Kathleen and Bernard Reid, Windsor, were here over the weekend. Their father, A. W. Miss McEwen who is engaged in batanieaI cancer research at the University of Western Ontario, wag'awiarcled a scholarship from the dancer Research Foundation to study at the Mount Desert Island Laboratory until , the 15th of September.
