Mansell, a brother-in- law of Rev. W.W. Wylie, pastor of the Baptist church, who proved from Clinton several months ago. The deceased was born in Deley, Ayrshire, Scotland in 1868. In June of last year, he came, with his wife and daughter, to Canada, and settled 111 Goderich and was an active work- er in the Presbyterian church, where he was a member of the choir. About seventeen weeks ago he came here' to visit Res. Mr. Wylie and family, thinking the change might hn- prove his condition, Contrarp to ex- pectations, however, he never improv- ed, but sank gradually until -Thurs- day last, when he was relieved bp death. The remains were interred on Sun- day afternoon in Durham, cemetery, To mourn his departure, he leaves his mother, two sisters and one bo- ther, in Scotland, and his sorrowing widow and daughter who intend shortly to retutn to their native land.
