Same time ago a horse own- ed by the anan stepped on' and de- stroyed a neat belonging to a pair of the birds. The man was riding the same horse when the geese owooped down on him. Although the rider ducked, the force of the blow was sufficient to know him from the saddle. And the impact killed one of the geese. A Miniature Calf At the farm of J. P. Bosomworth, near Elora, Ralph Bosomworth has became the surprised owner of a very tiny calf which at birth 'a. few woelee ago 'weighed only 20 pounds and has gained only a little over a Lound.
