hold furniture. .at her new home on
Bruce St„ Saturday afternoon. Um
fortunately, she failed to advertise
it in: the Review, or to Witte any bills
and good furniture was practically

Geese Took Revenge
A power dive by two big Canada
.geese resulted in rib injuries for a
resident of York 'County, who was
attended by a Toronto' physician last
Friday. Same time ago a horse own-
ed by the anan stepped on' and de-
stroyed a neat belonging to a pair
of the birds. The man was riding
the same horse when the geese
owooped down on him. Although the
rider ducked, the force of the blow
was sufficient to know him from the
saddle. And the impact killed one of
the geese.
A Miniature Calf
At the farm of J. P. Bosomworth,
near Elora, Ralph Bosomworth has
became the surprised owner of a
very tiny calf which at birth 'a. few
woelee ago 'weighed only 20 pounds
and has gained only a little over a
Lound. Named Goliath, in order to
encourage her to grow, the infant is
well shaped, frisky and healthy, but
appears to be quit out in the' world
as a minature bovine, requiring—at
Present anyhow —to be picked up
and carried from place to place.
