The National Government candi-
datehas lived in the township of
Morris all his life. He is a son of
Mr. and Mrs. Francis Cardiff. He
received hie early education in a
Morris rural school and then: at-
tended High School in Brussels. He
his always' been interested; in mu-
nicipal ailatae and was among the
youngest meamlbers of the Huron
county council when. he first took
