Of the Huron ,Plowman's ,Association
Consists of 9 Classes as Follows
CLASS 1. --We have replaced the High 'Cut with a new, practical
class.
This new Green Class will use a Jointer plow, any ager can plow
who have never plowed at a plowing match but contestants must be
residents of Huron County. There will be eight prizes as follows
$10.00; $8.00; $6.00; .$4.00 $3,00; $2.00; $1.50; $1.00
(Five Entries or no fourth prize)
CLASS 2.JointerPlowswith skimmers in sod, no cut allowed, open
to at; except anyone winning a prize at the Provincial Match.
They will be barred out of this class—first $10.00; second $8.00;
third $6.00; fourth $4.00.
(Five Entries or no fourth prize)
CLASS 3—Jointer Plows With Skimmers in sod, no .out ..allowed,
open only to residents of Huron County.
1st prize man in this class must enter in Class 2.
First $10,00; second $8.00; third $6.00; fourth $5.00 fifth $4.00
Six Entries of no fifth prize)
CLASS 4 --Boys 19 years and under, in Sod skimmer allowed.
First $10.00; second $8.00; third $6.00; fourth $4.00

CLASS 5—Boys under 16 years, in stubble, with skimmers.

CLASS 6 --Single Riding Plow in Sod. Prizes first; $10.06
second $8.00; third $6.00; fourth $4.00

CLASS 7—Tractors drawing Narrow Bottom plows. You may use
as many plows as you wish, But your furrow must, not
exceed 10 inches in width.
No entries taken in this class who have plowed at the
Provincial Match.
Prizes—first 515.00; second $12,00; third $10.00; fourth' 88.00
(Five Entries or no fourth prize)
CLASS 8—Tractors drawing wide bottom plows, turning not less
than a 12.inch furrow and you draw as many plows as you' wish.
A free open class will accept all comers.
Prizes—first $15.00; second $12.00; third 51(100; fourth 88.00
CLASS 9 --SPECIAL PRIZE BY TOWNSHIP OF COLBORNE
For Boys eighteen years and under in stubble
This class is for tractors drawing as many plows as you wish
turning 12 -inch furrows.
Prizes -1st $15.00; 2nd $12.00; 3rd 510.00; 4th $8.00 5th $5.00
This class open only to residents of Huron County.

PROVIDING THE JUDGING IS FINISHED THE PRIZE

Except in Class 5, boys in this class the entry Is fr"ee
And don't forget you must finish your six rounds on clown
before going to lunch

Average depth cf furrow 6 inches. No shaping of fUtrow after
2 rounds on crown. -;
Teams to be on ground at 9 a.m, to start plowing at 9,30 a.m.
Finish to be made at 4 P.M.
Judge's, decision to be final,
No shifting of Stakes after start Is made.
Each plowman allowed one helper only.
All Crowns. to be finished before lunch. '
Finish to be made by 4 p.m., tr plowing will not be donsidered,
Plowman to Gee 6 rounds on Crown, must be finished by
12.30 noon, 1
Directors to be on ground at 9 a.m., 'wearing official; badges.
All general purpose plows must ; have plane irons,' no cut,
either coulter or shier.

PLOWING MATCH THAT. HAS JUDGED FOR
