filially passed and the Court of
Revision closed.
It was d•eeided to change,' the
leeatien of The Balser Drain from the
sideroad at stake 1114-I-60 to stake

Engineer Geo. A. McOu'rbin was
instructed to examine and report on
the area of The Fulton Drain and on
The Cox Award and 'change to a
Municipal Drain.
The Federation of Agriculture re-
quested the council to ageless a rate
of 1-5 of 1 .mill on the rateable
property of the ratepayers authoriz-
ing the council to do so.
Contracts for drainage work were
awarded as follows:
