The entire community was shock-
ed on 'Saturdiky by the sudden death
of James Melville Campbell at . his
home on concession 1, Morris Town-
ship, in his 41st year.
Late Friday night Mr, Campbell
was stricken by a paralytic stroke
and a second one followed in quick
succession causing Itis death, Y

Charles Campbell and .s Winnifred
Warwick and was borlt , .nn the
farm where he died, having spent
his life there.
Six years ago Mr. Canipbsll .was
married to Miss Ilazel L:whu of

James, aged 3 years, survive. He
is also survived by two brothers,
Warwick of Plymouth; Indiana, and
Graham of Morris ,township and
one sister. Mrs. Frank Edgar of

Brussels Town Ball on Wednesday
evening to enjoy the dance and
miscellaneous auction sponsored by
the Brussels Legion. The proceeds
Cr $225 will be used for the Christ -
lives Parcel Fund for the Brussels,
Morris and Grey boys serving with
Canadian Forces Overseas. The large
variety of articles for the auction
were donated by local merchants
and others. Lewis Rowland was the
efficient auctioneer . and the bidding
was• brisk and was the occasion for
a great deal, of fun. Music was
