Annual Vestry Meeting
of St. David's Church, Henftyn
The Annual Vestry Meeting of St.
David's Church was held at 3 Pm,
on Tuesday, Feb. 2nd in the church,
Rev. M. P, Qldham, rector, war in
charge and opened the meeting with
scripture reading and prayer. 111r.
Lester McCreigllt read the minutes
o8 last year's meeting.
The rector then gave his report
which revealed the following facts:
number of families belonging to the
Church, 29; adults not included in
families, 4; total number of souls,
10'2; actual communicants, 24; total
number of confirmed persons in
parish, 39; confirmed in year, 1;
Sunday services, 40; average attend-
ance, 10 number of services of
Holy Communion, 10; pastoral calls.
51. The rector expreseed his
appreciation of the year's .work of
all officials and expressed his
pleasure in serving in the parish
once More after an interval of 15
years. .Mr. Lester McCreight gave
the financial report, There are
30 subscribers to parish funds. Total
receipts $433,40. Total expenditures,
$4132.53. 00 this $33.06 was paid
to Missions. The stipend has been
fully paid. The Sunday scbeol re -
pont given by Mrs. T. Kerr, showed
that this organization has had a
good year. There are 23 names m1
the molls. Average attendance, 18.
Little Helpers and Front Roll, 6;
total .receipts for year 531.84; 56.46
was spent on Sunday school papers
and supplies; Children's Day col-
lection, 70c; Huron College Bursary

Fund .50; Attendance prizes, $2.50;
Given to Wardens, $2.00. There is
a balance of $15,53 on hand to
start new year.
In She building fund there is 54,5T
on hand. Mr. T. Kerr is the treasurer
of this i'und, The Women's Guild
donated $20 to the Wardens during
the year.

The rector closed the meeting
with the Benediction.

the proposed memorial to Rev.
