The Huron County Health Unit is arranging Immunization
Clinics in the schools as follows ;
FEBRUARY 2, 1950.
S. S. 10 McKillop (Winthrop)
S. S. 7 McKillop 10.30 A. M.
U. S. S. 11 (Walton) 11.00 A. M.
Brussels Public School 1.15 P. M.
Second 'and third doses for these schools will be given
February 23 and March 16, 1950.
Infants from 8 months of age and pre-school children may be
brought to these clinics,
The combined immunization for Diptheria, Whooping Cough
and Tetanus (Lockjaw) may be given the babies and pre-school
children of 3 months to 314 years of age. Children over this age may
receive the combined inoculations tor Diptheria and Tetanus or Tet-
anus toxoid alone. Reinforcing doses of Diptheria Toxoid will also
be given where needed. .Sm llpox vacetna,tions will be given on the•
last day of these clinics, February 23 and March 10, 1950.
Early protection of children against Dipthheria, Whooping
Gough, Tetanus and Smallpox is every parent's obligation.

The Bridge Club was entertained
at the home of Ms, and. Mrs. Percy
Stevenson with Mrs. John Wilson and
Cliff Dunbar the winners.
The Women's Institute euchre
Party was hall in the township
hall with nine tables in play, Mrs.
H. Swl1t and George A. Dunbar
were high scorers and Billie Eck-
mier had the lucky cup. - The next
meeting will be on Feb. 10th.

Jan. 9th, 1950,
' All members subscribed to the
declaration of office and the minu-
tes of the last meeting were adopted.
The tax collectors time was ex-
tended to Feb. 4th. And By -Law No. 1,
1950 was passed authorizing the bor-
rowing till taxes are collected of suf-
ficient funds to meet current ex-
penses.
The Road Supt. was instructed to
petition the Dept. of Highways for
the Statutory Grant on the 1949 Road
Expenditures.
