costumes grave a smart exhibition
of baton handling.
The 50 girls of the band under
their leader, Don Jolly. preceded
by five little flag -bearers carrying
tall "anion Jacks, gave a fine per-

gleaming trumpets, highlighted with
the bell tones of the five glooicen-

ly pleasing quality.
The drills by the Brussels Legion
Pipe Band in their Picturesque
Scottish dress of McFarlane tartan
and their drills and a plow march
were much appreciated.
The rest of the program numbers
were done by the massed boys and
girls' hands of London, Listowel,

marches. overtures and favorite
hymns. All diplayed fine training
and leadership.
These three bands played massed
