quet perpared by the C.G.I.T, Seven
members of the W, M. S. assisted
with the serving. Guests, for the
evening were Rev. M, Thomas, Mrs.
Thomas, Mrs. D. V, McPherson,
Stratford, the speaker and the
Mothers.
Mrs. 77. McCreath, leader of the
0, G. 1. T. acting as chairman for
the evening, extended the welcome
to the guests on behalf of the organ!.

toasts -were proposed to the Queen,
the 0, G. I. T.. the Mothers, and
the Church, by Lois Fox, June
Haokwell, Pres., Verde Watson
and Mrs. H. Johnston, respectively.
Very fitting replies were made by
Mrs. W. C. Hackwell, Mrs. G. Mc.
Gavin, and Rev. Thomas.
Margaret Stevens introduced the
guest ;erieaker, Mtn. M ylierson,
who expressed the importance of
living "'Phe Purpose" to have a

During the coarse of the evening
the following entertainment was
provided - piano duet, Mary Den•
ills and Dors Johnston vocal duet,
Faye Love and Shirley Bosman;
cornet duet. June and Audrey Hack
well and a marimba solo, Doris
Johnston.
The program was brought to a
close with prayer by Mrs. F, Htnk-
