People are prone to single out such incidents for talk, and daily newspapers — ever on the out - took for something sensational — tend to magnify them far beyond their actual importance. Wouldn't it be better, and more constructive, if those who noticed things at the Royal Winter Fair which they thought could be im- proved were to write the Directors, frankly stating their views. On the whole those responsible for this great annual event have done a mag-. nifitent ;o1 — one in Ith'ch all t-a't- ada can take pride - and we feel they would welcome such opinions as a guide to even greater and het•et 'hints in the future, Photo by Ful -O -Pop Photographer Fowl at the Royal Winter Fair brought many an interested spectator.
