U. meeting at the home of Mrs. 'Dr Oaten on Friday afternoon of this week at 3 o'clock, GOOD FRIDAY .CONCERT.— It is Wilh great pleasure that we learn of the in tention of Bert. Lott, and Charles Duff. A, C. C. O., to favor us with another high class entertainment in the Town Hall on Good Friday evening, with Dougald Strachan as vocalist. These performers need no introduction to our readers, as they have alt appeared re- peatedly before Brussels audiences. It is interesting to note, however, that since his last performance in Brussels, Mr Duff appeared at an organ recital in Toronto, on the program of which were some of that city's most distinguished musicians, and was highly spokeu of in the papers, In Febtuary he gave a most sncceesful piano recital in Mon- treal. 'Thus our musical people may anticipate a greater treat than ever, Messrs Lott and Strachan have come before us with their literary and vocal number several times of late, and we may always except something fresh and genuinely good from them In addition t i Bert Lott's stud v of elocution in Brant- ford, he has also been receiving in slruction under some of Toronto's most competent teachers. Mr Strachan's nnmbers have never failed to please. F'idav evening.
